I was selling a home and the buyer's inspector wrote a report saying the water heater needed to be replaced. So I sent first choice to replace it, but after they inspected it, they certified that there was no way the water heater needed to be replaced and saved me over $1,500. I ended up just having it serviced and certified. They even allowed me to pick the time so that the buyer's real estate agent could go witness the repairs. They also fixed a leaking faucet and did a minor repair and service to the furnace all in one trip. I believe most other companies would have just replaced the water heater in this situation because it would have been easier and they would have made more money. They saved me money and stress! I will call First Choice again. Kelleen who coordinates service is particularly helpful and will go out of her way for you.
